I am a fourth year undergraduate student majoring in mechanical engineering and minoring in materials science at UC Irvine. I aspire to broaden my engineering and managerial horizons by complementing the theoretical engineering skills with practical professional workplace abilities. Liba Enterprise, is a part of the world famous group Omega, is served to improve the quality and precision of the plastic molding process. As an engineering intern, my main job was to develop and analyze CAD models for the molds being developed. The core software's used were AutoCAD and Solidworks. Besides the Injection molding process, and after the development of the mold, I was also taught Numerical Control (NC) coding for operating Computer Numerically Controlled Devices (CNC) in the factory. Throughout my term in Liba Enterprise, I have not only augmented my engineering knowledge but also improved my personal development qualities by working in teams. Responsibilities: - Developing CAD mold models based on customer needs and design specifications. - Day-to-Day billing and filling of orders. - Overlooking Numerically Controlled (NC) coding when operating CNC machines.

Concussions Senior Design Project
Due to the extensive rate of head injuries caused in water polo and soccer, the main aim of the concussions research project team is to design a head gear that will minimize the acceleration received by the head after taking into consideration the velocity and pressure factors of the balls. Responsibilities: - The primary role of this research is to ascertain whether ball inflation pressure has a significant impact on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). -Auxiliary goal includes assessing the effectiveness of headgear in competitive sports for preventing TBI and CTE, designing a new headgear for water polo players, and testing the accuracy of the new G-Force head-strap accelerometer - For data collection, water polo balls were shot at a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration-certified crash-test dummy head to gauge the impact of blows at various speeds and levels of inflation. - Record and analyze the data based on linear and rotational acceleration. - Present at the University design review.
